1. Introduction

Welcome to www.tigertags.co.uk (“Website”).

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our Website and the purchase of products from Tiger Tags. By using this Website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website.

3. Products

Tiger Tags supplies personalised:

• name sticker labels, and
• iron-on clothing labels.

Customers may also purchase a “Bundle”, which consists of:

• 1 set of name stickers, and
• 1 set of iron-on labels

at a reduced combined price.

Products may be personalised with:

• up to 3 lines of text,
• selected fonts,
• colours,
• symbols,
• backgrounds,
• and emojis.

Maximum character limit: 15 characters per line.

4. Personalisation and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring all spelling, grammar, names and personalisation details are correct before placing an order.

Tiger Tags is not liable for:

• customer spelling mistakes,
• incorrect names entered,
• incorrect design selections,
• or incorrect information submitted during ordering.

Product previews displayed online are intended as an accurate representation of the finished product, however colours, sizing and positioning may vary slightly depending on device displays, production methods and materials.

Tiger Tags reserves the right to refuse to print any content deemed:

• abusive,
• threatening,
• discriminatory,
• racist,
• homophobic,
• unlawful,
• defamatory,
• obscene,
• or otherwise inappropriate.

5. Product Usage and Care Instructions

Tiger Tags labels are designed for identification purposes only and are not toys.

Children should not apply iron-on labels without adult supervision.

Our products have been tested for relevant safety standards where applicable.

Both stickers and iron-on labels must be applied according to the care instructions detailed on the leaflet supplied with the order.

When correctly applied:

• stickers are dishwasher safe, washing machine safe and tumble dryer safe,
• iron-on labels are washing machine safe and tumble dryer safe.

Labels are designed to withstand washes up to 40°C.

Tiger Tags is not responsible for damage or reduced performance caused by:

• incorrect application,
• failure to follow supplied instructions,
• unsuitable surfaces or fabrics,
• excessive heat,
• washing above recommended temperatures,
• or general wear and tear.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices shown on the Website are in GBP (£).

Tiger Tags reserves the right to amend prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be made in full before production begins.

Tiger Tags does not store customer card details. Payments are securely processed via third-party payment providers including Checkout.com.

7. Discount Codes

Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

Discount codes:

• must be entered during checkout,
• cannot be applied retrospectively,
• cannot be exchanged for cash,
• may have expiry dates,
• may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

Failure to apply a valid code during checkout will invalidate the offer.

8. Delivery

UK Delivery

Orders are typically produced the next working day and dispatched via Royal Mail First Class.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are generally dispatched the following Monday.

Typical delivery estimates:

• Mainland UK: 1–3 working days after dispatch
• Certain Scottish postcodes (AB, FK, G83, IV, KW, PA, PH, HS, DD): additional 2–3 working days
• Northern Ireland (BT): additional 2–3 working days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tiger Tags is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other postal services.

As standard First Class deliveries are not tracked, customers must notify Tiger Tags in writing within 7 days of dispatch if an order has not arrived.

Reprints for non-delivery are offered at our discretion.

International delivery may be available upon request and quoted individually.

If an order is returned to Tiger Tags as undeliverable, we will contact the customer to confirm or amend the delivery address before reposting.

9. Returns, Refunds and Reprints

Due to the personalised nature of our products, orders are exempt from cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Refunds and returns are therefore generally not accepted for personalised products unless the item is defective.

Defective Products

Examples of defects may include:

• faulty adhesive,
• production errors,
• incorrect printing compared with approved design previews,
• miscut labels,
• significant print alignment issues.

The following are not considered defects:

• spelling mistakes entered by the customer,
• customer design choices,
• incorrect product selections,
• missing application paper (replacement sheets can be provided free of charge).

Customers must:

• contact Tiger Tags within 48 hours of receiving their order to raise a complaint,
• provide photographs where reasonably requested.

Complaints raised after 48 hours may not be eligible for reprints or replacements.

Defects must be reported within 90 days of receipt.

Tiger Tags may offer:

• a reprint,
• replacement products,
• or other resolution at our discretion.

Refunds are only issued where:

• a defective product has been confirmed,
• a replacement has been supplied,
• and the replacement is also defective.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. School Fundraising Programme

Eligible schools, nurseries, PTAs and similar educational or childcare organisations located within Mainland UK and Northern Ireland may register for the Tiger Tags School Fundraising Programme.

How the Programme Works

Once registered, the organisation will receive a unique School Fundraising Code.

The school, nursery or PTA may then share this code with parents and guardians.

Parents and guardians create and purchase personalised name labels online and enter the School Fundraising Code during checkout.

Each qualifying set of labels purchased using the code generates £1.00 fundraising credit for the registered organisation.

A “Bundle” counts as one qualifying set.

Fundraising credit is automatically allocated and banked against the registered school account.

Fundraising Payments

Once fundraising reaches £50, the school or organisation may request payment in writing.

Payments are made by:

• cheque (default), or
• BACS upon request.

Payments can only be made to UK bank accounts.

Following payment, the fundraising balance resets to zero and begins accumulating again from future qualifying purchases.

Additional Conditions

The School Fundraising Code must be entered correctly at checkout.

School names entered instead of the code may not be recognised by the Website system.

Orders cannot be backdated where a customer forgot to enter the code.

Refunded orders may result in fundraising credits being removed from the school or organisation fundraising balance.

Tiger Tags reserves the right to audit, suspend or remove accounts where fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.

Individuals may not register themselves personally to earn fundraising credit on their own purchases.

Registrations must represent a genuine educational or childcare organisation.

Schools and organisations are responsible for promoting and administering their own fundraising code.

Marketing materials may be requested through the school or office portal.

11. Competitions and Promotions

From time to time Tiger Tags may run:

• competitions,
• giveaways,
• promotional campaigns,
• or seasonal incentives.

Additional terms may apply and will be published separately where relevant.

Tiger Tags reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel promotions without notice.

12. Intellectual Property

All Website content including:

• logos,
• branding,
• graphics,
• label designs,
• photographs,
• product layouts,
• text,
• and software

is owned by or licensed to Tiger Tags and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Customers may not reproduce, copy, modify or commercially exploit any Website content without written permission.

13. Website Use

You agree not to:

• misuse the Website,
• attempt unauthorised access,
• introduce viruses or malicious code,
• interfere with Website functionality,
• or use the Website unlawfully.

Tiger Tags reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where misuse is suspected.

Marketing emails always include an unsubscribe option.

16. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by negligence,
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation,
• or any liability which cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiger Tags shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential losses,
• postal delays,
• customer-entered errors,
• misuse of products,
• or losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Our total liability relating to any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant products.

Tiger Tags reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be published on the Website.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
